OUR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENTS

To preserve and limit our impact on the environment, we are implementing simple actions:

WATER

Drip irrigation of our hedges, trees and flower beds, using untreated well water.
The sanitary facilities, water points and mobile homes are all equipped with water saving devices.
As well as a timer system for washbasins, showers and sanitary sinks.

WASTE :

Area dedicated to selective sorting with 1 glass container, 1 cardboard container, 1 plastic container and 4 composters for organic waste.
We collect used bulbs and batteries at the reception.
A specialised company collects our used frying oil in order to recycle it, so you can drop your oil off at our premises.
We put a 'no advertising' sticker on our letterbox.
We mow the lawn with a mulching mower, the waste from the mowing is thrown onto the lawn. Uniformly spread out, they decompose naturally into green manure and fertilize the lawn.

ENERGY :

Use of low-energy light bulbs in the premises, sanitary facilities, walkways and mobile homes.
An electric cart allows us to move around the field.
All residential mobile homes are equipped with a meter.

OTHER VARIOUS ACTIONS:

You will find some local products for sale in the grocery shop.
We also work with a local bakery.
We prefer to use local craftsmen for our work.
We no longer print or send advertising brochures to avoid transport and waste. We prefer to exchange information by e-mail.
The cleaning products we use are certified organic or natural, such as white vinegar.

YOU CAN BE AN ACTOR IN OUR ACTIONS:

Turn off the lights, the television, turn down the heating while you are away.
Practise selective sorting: glass, plastic, cardboard and organic waste: everyone has a clearly identified container at the entrance to the campsite.
Do not hesitate to water the plantations with vegetable wash water.
Do not let the water run unnecessarily.
Avoid washing machines with temperatures above 30°C.
Electric bicycles are available for hire at the reception for unforgettable rides.
