The rental of a pitch or rental accommodation implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions by the contracting parties.

In this respect, the client declares that he/she has read these general terms and conditions of sale before validating his/her rental.

Rental of camping pitches :

We offer you a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or camper van for up to 6 people.

Pitches are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure. The reservation will be effective after reception of the deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the stay increased by the expenses of file (with the rate in force) and confirmation of the direction of the camp-site. You will have free access to the campsite infrastructures; sanitary facilities, reception (during the opening hours), playgrounds, free access activities.

Rental accommodation :

The description, the definition of the rental seasons as well as the periods and durations of the rentals can be found on the website.

The rental price includes :

rental of the accommodation, people (depending on capacity), utilities (water, gas, electricity), a vehicle, access to reception services,

playgrounds and free activities.

Fully equipped, only sheets and towels are not provided; you can rent them on site. Your accommodation must be left clean and tidy on your departure.

Rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Under certain conditions the campsite can accept, in the off season, a departure in the afternoon instead of 10 am (please consult us).

Assignment, subletting :

All rentals are by name only and may not be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.

For safety reasons, the number of people arriving for a stay may not exceed the number of people expected, nor the capacity of the accommodation or campsite.

Please note: the allocation of places (camping pitches or rental accommodation) is carried out without distinction in the order in which the reservations are registered. The Management cannot guarantee that the pitch or the accommodation requested by the camper will be allocated.

Related activities :

Any free or paid activity mentioned in our brochure or on our website or in an email may, in certain circumstances, be changed or cancelled on arrival at the site. We cannot be held responsible for this.

Rates and taxes :

The prices in our brochure are in Euros, including VAT at the rate applicable at the time of printing.

Any change or modification of the rates as well as any change in the taxes applicable to your stay, at the date of invoicing, may be reflected in the price of your stay.

For safety reasons, minors who are not accompanied by their parents are not allowed on the campsite and may not be left alone on the site.

Payment methods accepted:

Payment for your stay can be made by credit card (the cards accepted are those of the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard networks), by holiday cheque, in cash in euros and by cheque in euros.

Terms of payment :

The reservation of the stay becomes effective only after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of a deposit of 25% and the file fees.

Payment of the stay in bare pitches: the balance of the stay must be paid the day before the departure from the campsite or the day of arrival.

Payment of the balance of the stay in a rental property must be paid on the day of arrival.

For rental accommodation, a deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. A deposit cheque of 250 € and a cheque of 60 € will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you on the day of departure after checking the accommodation. In the event of damage to the equipment or insufficient cleanliness of the accommodation, all or part of these deposits will be deducted to cover the cost of repairing the accommodation.

In the absence of a message acknowledging receipt from the camper, stating that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the pitch or accommodation becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival stipulated in the rental contract, and full payment of the services is required.

No discount will be granted in the case of early departure or late arrival (see refund possibilities under the cancellation insurance).

Cancellation by Camping les Roches: the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation by the client: the client must inform the campsite in writing. Failing this, the client will be liable for payment of the sums due under the contract.

According to Article L. 121-20-4 - 2° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific time.

Cancellation of a stay :

For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit, the booking fees and the possible cancellation insurance premium are retained by the campsite. Less than 30 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show at the campsite, the total amount of the rent, the booking fees and the possible insurance contribution are due and kept.

In order to obtain compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance when you make your reservation. This will enable you to obtain partial or total reimbursement of your stay, according to the conditions set out in the insurance contract.

All campers are required to comply with the campsite's internal rules and regulations, under penalty of cancellation of the contract.

On these occasions, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the higher price will not be entitled to a refund for the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 1612-1 of the Consumer Code, any campsite customer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with the campsite operator.
