What is insured?

ALL EXCEPT" CANCELLATION : Max. €5,000 per person and €30,000 per event. No deductible.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT EVIDENCE: Up to €5,000 per claim. Excess of 30% of the total cost of the stay.
AMENDMENT COSTS: Up to €2,000 per person and €10,000 per event.
LATE ARRIVAL: Refund of unused ground services pro rata temporis to the rental period, with a maximum of €4,000 per rental or pitch, up to a maximum of €25,000. Excess: 1 day.
INTERRUPTION OF STAY COSTS: Reimbursement of unused ground services on a prorata temporis basis, including any rental cleaning costs, in the event of premature return. Cover up to a maximum of €4,000 per person and €25,000 per event. Excess: 1 day.
RENTAL DAMAGE: Reimbursement of damage up to €800 per claim. Deductible and coverage threshold: €60.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLE: Coverage of a replacement vehicle of equivalent category to the immobilized vehicle for a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
REMOVAL OF A PERSONAL OBJECT IN THE RENTAL: Payment for the return of a single object, up to a maximum of €150 per case.
VETERINARY CARE AND ASSISTANCE FOR DOGS AND CAT: Coverage of up to 2 veterinary consultations per stay, up to a maximum of €250 for all Medical Care and Assistance benefits.

What is not insured?

Anything not mentioned in the "What is insured?" list.

Are there any exclusions to the coverage?

Consequences and/or events resulting from a strike, an attack or an act of terrorism.
Intentional fault of the insured.
Illnesses or accidents that were first diagnosed, treated or hospitalised between the time the trip was booked and the time the policy was taken out.
Complications of pregnancy beyond the 6th month.
The failure of the tour operator or the airline or train company.
